6 Tips towards buying used jeeps

Filed under: fix, investing, list, money, tip — admin @ 5:01 am

Buying used jeeps requires the right decision. It is you who will be investing your own hard earned money and also your personal safety. These days, you can easily come across various types of used jeeps in the market. However, you need to be careful while buying used jeeps that are meant for sale. There are certain areas that you need to check while buying used jeeps. They are as follows :

1. Front cross shaped part:
Check towards the round cross member which is located between the front bumper and the grill. There is a possibility for mud, salt and general dirt to get caught inside the cross member area. This is the initial place that you need to check in order to give you a fair idea about the jeeps maintenance condition.

2. Look for body mounts of :
Check the condition of the body mounts of used jeeps that you intend to purchase. Get underneath the concerned jeep and tap around with the help of a hammer. This will help you to locate the trouble spot of the used jeep which was not well maintained by the previous buyer.

3. Locate and check the skid plate :
There is a possibility of mud appearing on the jeep skid plates. If the jeep was maintained well, the skid will not be in a rotted condition. Also, check the condition of the frame mounting points meant for the skid plate. The skid plate is very important for the Jeep. If you find the skid plate in a bad condition, just avoid buying used jeeps of such types.

4. Check the behind cross member:
Usually mud gets caught at the cross member which meets the frame. I am talking about the rear cross member which can be located just before the gas tank. Check the condition of that metal piece.

5. Lookout for the fuel filter mount:
Ensure that the fuel filter of the jeep is cleaned. The fuel filter is located on the driver side frame, just behind the rear cross member. There are some people who try to re-locate the filter by getting rid of the skid mount and fixing it on top of the frame.

6. Rear cross bumper :
The rear cross member is the portion that is finally left for checking. However, it is not a matter of concern. The rear cross member is in the form of a stamped piece of flat stock. Hence, there is hardly any place for mud and crud to accumulate. However, check the cross member where the gas tank straps and skid plate bolts.
When you want to get involved into buying used jeeps, you need to know how to do body checkups. The jeep body has to be checked properly, both in and out as well. This is mainly done to look out for rusted parts or screws. You should also look out for oil leaks and listen for noises or rattles during the test drive. Also, ensure that the used vehicle should have the capability to pass both state safety and emissions tests as well. If you don?t checkup small details of the concerned jeep that you are intending to purchase, then you will end up paying more after actual purchase. Hence, buying used jeeps require proper inspection of the entire vehicle.

Article Marketing Your Way To Success

Filed under: list, marketing, money, website — admin @ 5:04 am

Writing your own articles and publishing them can be free as opposed to paying for Pay Per Click Advertising and the more articles you submit the more well known you will be and the more targeted site traffic you will get. Each article you have published is great advertising for your website as at the end of your article you will have printed an ‘about the author’ section (also called bylines), this advertises you and your website and builds free traffic to your site and trustworthiness for you if your articles are of good quality.

What I have seen is that some people write a load of articles, in other words, they mostly spam the article directories with low quality articles. By doing a relationship study between the revenue gained and the number of articles submitted in article marketing, keeping other factors constant as far as possible, it will be possible to measure the quality of the author’s writing.

But by themselves they don?t put money in your pocket – there are a myriad of factors that can turn your article marketing efforts into an opportunity to increase your income, not just the number of visitors to your site. Keep in mind that Article Marketing is not an ad, so you can not just start writing about how great your product or service is but rather supply helpful informative content for readers. You don’t even really need to know much about the subject you are writing the article about since there are resources available that you can use to provide a baseline that would have enough informatiom in it to get your article started.

It is impossible to predict which sites will pick your article up, but it can be very exciting to find that an article that you wrote has been printed by a site with PR (Page Rank) 4 or 5 or maybe better. Research and build a list of all the free article directories you can find so that you can simply submit your articles to the sites on your list when you’ve finished writing. Based on my experience both as an author and a creator of niche focused content sites, think very carefully before leaping on the bandwagon of the latest trend in article publishing.

Network Marketing – Understanding Your Target Market

Network Marketing is no different to any other business. In order to succeed it is essential to understand your target market.

Promoting your opportunity to the wrong audience will drain your cashflow and eventually force you out of business. But it is amazing how many network marketers are unaware of this basic marketing principle.

So many upline leaders teach the “shot gun” approach of making your list, getting information to them and seeing who sticks. This is one of the reasons we have a 95% failure rate in this industry.

The bottom line is that any network marketer really needs to learn the basics of target marketing in order to succeed in the business.

Before we go on, it should be stated that there is nothing wrong with mailing out some product CD?s to your warm market. It?s what you want to do, but that?s just your first step. Not your only step. There are smarter ways to build your business..

So the first thing we need to do is define our target market:

These are people who are ALREADY actively using or consuming what we are promoting.

The first rule of marketing, is to sell products people want to buy, to the people who want to buy them.

You can?t sell a steak to a vegetarian. You can?t market a product to someone who does not have the desire to consume it.

You can?t sell an opportunity to someone who isn?t looking for one, no matter how ?perfect you think they would be? or how much money you think they could make.

In our industry, we have two target markets:

The first is our potential business partners.

This target market consists of one primary group of people – other network marketers, or people who buy products and services related to building a network marketing business.

Network marketers are opportunity buyers, meaning they are actively buying what you sell. They understand the Network Marketing industry so you don?t have to spend time explaining basic concepts and the business model.

They are also experienced enough to know that it takes work and application to build a successful network marketing business.

It is essential to make the distinction between ?opportunity buyers? and ?opportunity seekers?. An opportunity seeker is anyone looking for a quick fix to their current problem – nothing more than someone who filled out a survey and raised their hand to say “I would like to earn extra money”.

There are specific ways of marketing to opportunity seekers but don?t be lulled into thinking that this is your prime market for business partners.

Target opportunity buyers for the greatest chance of success.

The second target market consists of our product customers.

However, we also need to be laser focused when targetting our product customers.

Let?s use as an example a nutrition based opportunity. Most people would think that their target market consists of people who have health issues.

That is true to a point, but we can get, and want to get more specific than that.

How about people who have health concerns, and who actually spend money each month on health products… These people are your TRUE target market. So how do you find people these people?

People who have acid reflux, for example, currently buy prescription medication for it, and are between the ages of 30 and 60.

If you have a nutrition product that helps relieve acid reflux, then those are the specific people you want to market to. Not your Uncle Bob.

Just remember the difference between people who simply inquire about your offer, and those who are already spending money on something similar.

That is called “target marketing, and it?s the foundation of your marketing efforts.

Clearly identifying your target market is a major step to achieving sucess in any business. Network marketing is no exception.

Improving Your Interpersonal Skills

Filed under: list, make, promise, sort, tip, tool — admin @ 7:04 am

What are interpersonal skills? These are the skills that enable you to work efficiently with others without any personality conflict. These skills will help you build good working relationships with your clients, employees and business associates. Working well with others involves understanding and appreciating individual differences. Therefore, interpersonal skills play an important role in determining how well you manage your interactions with customers and employees. How you behave with them can determine your success or failure. Try the following helpful tips to improve your interpersonal skills:

o No one wants to be around someone who is always morose and frowning. Maintain a positive, cheerful attitude about work and life. Practice smiling often.

o Be generous with praise and words of encouragement. If you let others know that they are appreciated, they?ll want to give you their best. If you have to criticize, do it gently and give suggestions for improvement.

o Pay attention to people. Make eye contact and address people by their first names. Ask them for their opinions and suggestions. Really listen to what they have to say.

o Keep your promises. If you tell your customer that you will have the item in stock by the end of the week, make sure it is there. But make promises sparingly and do not commit to doing something that you cannot accomplish.

o Treat everyone fairly and do not play favorites. Avoid talking and discussing others behind their backs.

o Keep an open mind. Remember there is always room for discussion and compromise.

o Learn how to be an effective mediator and help sort out differences. By taking on such a leadership role, you will garner respect and admiration from those around you.

o Pay close attention to both what you say and how you say it. Your body language and tone of voice will give you away. Think before you speak and avoid misunderstandings or hurt feelings.

o Most people are drawn to a person who can make them laugh. Use your sense of humor as an effective tool to enhance your interpersonal skills.

o Try to see things from another person?s perspective. Empathy is about being able to put yourself in someone else?s shoes and understanding how they feel.

o There is nothing worse than a chronic complainer or whiner. Do not talk about your problems, instead focus on the other person?s problem and try to help out.

To run a successful business as well as enjoying a fulfilling personal life, it is necessary for you to establish a good, comfortable relationship with:

o your customers ? nothing puts off a prospective client more than an unhelpful attitude and surliness.

o your employees ? to retain good employees, you have to be seen as a positive, cheerful boss.

o your business associates ? networking is one of the keys to good business. By being known as a caring, cheerful person, you are likely to make more friends in your business circle.
