Finding the Merry in Christmas

Filed under: others — admin @ 1:30 am

It is the glorious time of year when everyone around the world start spreading, hope, faith and love. Christmas decorations line the streets giving the most desolate soul some little cheer. How can you not admire the fanciful ornaments, colorful lanterns and sparkling lights; Do not ask me, I am the closest thing the Grinch.
Call me the Anti- Christmas Santa who finds joy in the sadness of children who don’t get their dream Christmas gifts, the Christmas snowman gone-wrong who melts at the sligh touch and buries its makers in layers of smooth white snow, the darned Santa’s elf who fails to put the right labels on presents – you probably get the picture by now.
It goes without saying that I abhor Christmas. The mere thought of the overtly festive time of year sickens me to the core. The whole yuletide season is nothing but plain mockery As if on cue, strings of light appear in every street corner and children stare with newfound wonder as if seeing for the first time. For some bizarre reason, there are strangers no more as people suddenly start spreading goodwill everywhere. The incessant dreaming of mindless hopefuls begins only as the year comes to an end. I dare you tell me that there’s something else out there more false, bogus, for show.
I was once a victim of the scam that is Christmas. In my younger years I jumped, shook and moved about with glee once the “ber” months crept in. At the onset of the joyous season, I hung Christmas ornaments until it got too stuffy in our hu little home. I used to drag my dad and older brothers to get our very own tree – fresh at that – up in the snowy mountains. I thought tree decorating was such a fete that I’d force mom to make me an excuse letter so I could take one whole day off from school. By early November, gifts were already crowding the base of our overly decorated Christmas tree. I’d carefully tear into the neatly wrapped boxes to take a sneak peek of the presents. On Christmas day I’d still have this surprised look on my face, totally not feigned, upon opening the gifts as if I’ve never set eyes on them before. My, was I a fool or what?
Later, a fatal year for all of the Christmas spirit of the aspiration I, it is so. I blame Santa Claus is not to give me a gift, I asked: My parents from the terrible accident a speedy recovery. I am on Christmas eve we wait for Santa Claus chimney, fervently hope that he will bring his mother and father. In the crack of dawn, the first 25, but still there is no Santa Claus. I've had, from the hospital, almost said that I will never spend another Christmas my parents call.

Foreclosure Listings- Now is the Time to Act!

Filed under: others — admin @ 7:02 am

These terrible times and failed, because for the economy, housing crisis, to help us in hundreds of foreclosure listings are quickly many stakeholders, and followed by tapping the resources of these , and many experts, the Great Depression is declared and this reminds me.
??????edited "Free Home redemption list of" web site – http://www.FreeHomeForeclosureListings.net – pointed out;
“… There are government entities preparing at all cost methods for which homeowners can find ways to stay in their homes; however, these institutions are not prevalent enough, and it will be a while before they are in place. What does this mean for a homeowner? What does this mean for a homebuyer? Here, the situation presents itself on both sides of the coin, and there are some benefits to being on the side of the buyer …”
Pre foreclosures, auctions, broker listings, and bankruptcies are totaling over two million in the US. and these listings are now available for the masses to sink their teeth into. What is in place is an absolute monstrosity, and those that do not deserve to lose their homes are in fact doing so, but this does not change the fact that there are now thousands of available properties, for obscenely low prices ripe for the taking. The point is not to take advantage of those at a loss, but to improve the economy by keeping the flow moving.
“… There are now 100% free listings, which includes researched data from every state, and constantly up-dated databases with the most current information available; on top of that, twenty-four hour service is available to members, whether looking for a vacation home, a place to retire, a very first home, all of the listings are in place for the user. At a glance, there are listings for bank foreclosures, and government foreclosure whereby savings is anywhere in the neighborhood of twenty-five to fifty percent. Now is the time to act …” H.Milla added.
